These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the WoodPrep AutoCAD plugin and related services operated by [YOUR NAME], individual entrepreneur, Hungary ("WoodPrep", "we", "us").
By downloading, installing, or using WoodPrep, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
1. License
WoodPrep grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on a single machine (identified by your Machine ID) for the duration of your active subscription.
- One subscription = one machine.
- You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or sublicense the software.
- The license is personal and may not be transferred to another person or company without our written consent.
2. Free Trial
New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features included in the subscribed plan. No credit card is required to start the trial.
- The trial begins when your registration is confirmed and access is granted.
- At the end of the trial, access is suspended until a subscription payment is completed.
- The trial is available once per machine. It cannot be restarted by re-registering on the same machine.
⚠️ WoodPrep requires outbound access on port 443 (HTTPS) to our licensing server. The trial and all subscription features depend on this connection. Please verify port access before registering.
3. Subscription & Payment
WoodPrep is offered as a monthly subscription. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.
- Subscription begins immediately after successful payment.
- Access is activated automatically — no manual approval required.
- Your subscription renews monthly on the same date unless cancelled.
- Prices are listed in EUR and do not include VAT. Applicable VAT may be added at checkout depending on your country.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, including on the last day of your billing period.
- After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges are made after cancellation.
- Cancellation can be done through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us at support@woodprep.eu.
5. Digital Product
WoodPrep is a digital product delivered electronically. By completing a subscription payment, you acknowledge that:
- Access to the software begins immediately after payment.
- The service is provided digitally and no physical product is shipped.
- By requesting immediate access, you waive your right to withdraw from the purchase under EU consumer protection rules for digital content (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).
6. Refund Policy
Given the nature of software products and the availability of a free trial, payments are generally non-refundable.
- If you experience a technical issue that prevents the software from functioning and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to support@woodprep.eu.
- We strongly recommend using the free trial to verify compatibility before subscribing.
7. Updates
All updates — including server-side improvements and new plugin versions (DLL) — are included in your active subscription at no additional cost.
- Server-side updates are applied automatically.
- Plugin (DLL) updates may require a manual download and replacement of the plugin file. You will be notified when a new version is available.
- We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features as the software evolves. We will not remove core features of your subscribed plan without notice.
8. Machine Change
Your license is tied to the Machine ID of the computer on which the plugin is installed.
- If you replace your machine or reinstall your system, contact us at support@woodprep.eu with your old Machine ID and your new Machine ID.
- We will transfer the license to your new machine. The old registration will be removed.
- Machine transfers are processed manually and typically completed within 1 business day.
9. Support
Support is provided by email at support@woodprep.eu.
- We aim to respond to all support requests within 2 business days.
- Enterprise plan subscribers receive priority support.
- Support covers installation, configuration, and bug reports. It does not cover general AutoCAD training or third-party software issues.
10. Limitation of Liability
WoodPrep is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
- We are not liable for any loss of data, production downtime, or indirect damages arising from the use of WoodPrep.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription in the 3 months preceding the claim.
- AutoCAD® is a registered trademark of Autodesk, Inc. Biesse® is a registered trademark of Biesse S.p.A. WoodPrep is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Autodesk or Biesse.
11. Intellectual Property
All code, design, and content within WoodPrep — including the plugin, server infrastructure, and website — are the intellectual property of [YOUR NAME]. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution is prohibited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of WoodPrep after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
