We do not collect the content of your AutoCAD drawings. Drawing data is processed locally on your machine and is never transmitted to our server.

• To monitor server health and detect misuse
• To improve the software based on usage patterns (aggregated, not personal)

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following trusted service providers, and only to the extent necessary:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Azure — our server infrastructure. Data is stored within the EU. See Microsoft's Privacy Policy.

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Registration data (name, email, Machine ID, subscription status) is stored securely on our Azure server.
• All communication between the plugin and the server is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS).
• We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 12 months after account closure for legal and accounting purposes.
• Machine IDs are stored as one-way hashes — the original hardware identifiers cannot be reconstructed from stored data.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a resident of the EU/EEA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing of your data

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH): www.naih.hu.

6. Cookies

The WoodPrep website does not use tracking cookies or analytics services. No cookie consent banner is required.

The plugin itself does not use cookies. It communicates directly with our API using your Machine ID as an identifier.

7. Children's Privacy

WoodPrep is a professional B2B tool intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.
